The noise level is so high, it is very difficult to have any conversation. The food is terribly overpriced for the quality. The service was OK but I had to get up from my table to find our server to obtain our check. She essentially forgot about us. This is my second and last try at Red Salt.

This is a timeshare resort and you get or use points to dine. We came as non guests and the menu was overpriced and the entrees non imaginative. I had the Mahi Mahi and it was full of dark blood meat and was very overcooked and dry. Our Anniversary champagne was not chilled properly and the bar flutes were dull and not sparkling clean. They were not chilled and having less than cold champagne in cheap glasses was very disappointing . There was no tablecloth and the fine dining was combined with the bar and lobby . The waitstaff were very pleasant but obviously less than well trained. I would not return and the experience would be a one and done, and avoid. There are wonderful chefs and excellent restaurants on Kauai, this is not one of them.

We ate there two times in three nights. Unbelievable food! Service was good not great. Could have used one more server to provide outstanding service. Expensive but food was truly outstanding.

Staff and our meal was wonderful. We were celebrating 2 big birthdays and since I wrote we were doing that in the Open table app, our waiter came right to the table and asked whose birthday we were celebrating. That was really nice.
