Waited 45 minutes for our table, then our waiter switch so our drink order took another 45 minutes. I am vegetarian so tried to order enchiladas with no chicken they replied they cannot do that because they are premade in the morning. Overall food wasn’t that great and took over 2.5 hrs for dinner.

this was my second visit to this restaurant. First time was amazing and it became my new favorite place. On my second visit I brought family for a birthday and overall it was a good experience but not as superior as my first. I made reservations awhile ago for a standard table but on arrival they told us they didn’t have seating for us in the main dining room and we would be seated in the lounge which I didn’t mind but when they tried to sit us, it wasnt a standard table. It was a low sitting table, that we would’ve had to bend down to eat our meals. After telling them we wanted a real table and didn’t want to have to bend down to eat they were able to find us a a real table. A little concerned this could be an ongoing theme in the future that if I make a reservation for a standard table they will continue to sit me at a lounge table if busy that night.

It's fantastic! We decided to try a new spot and could not be happier. Food was amazing, our server was on point with a great personality, the manager stopped by, drinks came quickly, design and vibe is great. Don't debate. Just go try it. We will be back.

Beautiful restaurant. Has only been open 3 weeks as of this posting. Every single employee we had interaction with was more friendly, accommodating, and helpful than the last. For such a new restaurant they have gotten up to speed extremely quickly without compromising on ambiance, service or the menu. Highly recommend going now before the Metroplex finds out about it.

Overall an amazing experience and the food was top-notch! Our server, Jenny, was polite, very educated on the menu, and truly the best server we could have asked for considering it was our first time experiencing JAKO! Highly recommended and a great experience; we’ll be back soon!

Beautiful new restaurant… wonderful staff, waiters and bartenders… we sampled several items.. loved the guacamole and the empanadas and a special tamale dish.. also enjoyed the Bream , a well prepared white fish… can’t wait to return and try the enchiladas and street tacos..

We went there for Christmas Eve and we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was so fresh and it is obvious they take great pride on that. Prada was our server. He has the best personality and made the experience great. We will certainly come back outside when the weather is nice to sit in the patio. Their bathroom experience was also kind of cool. Coco Loco and Playa Drinks were high quality mixology. The presentation was amazing. Tres leches cake was the bomb. It is great to have a true Mex high-quality restaurant. We will certainly return.
