[Booking Rules]

1. Online booking is only available for 4 people maximum per section. Each section is 90 minutes maximum.

2. We will charge a deposit for group reservation with 6 people, please contact us at (+886) 2 2736-7287.

3. You will receive a SMS to confirm your reservation after you finish booking. If you wish to cancel the reservation, please click “cancellation” via the link in your SMS message.

4. All reservations will be secured for 10 minutes only. If you will be late, please do contact us via(+886)2736-7287.

[Minimum Order]

There is minimum order of one drink per guest.

[Notice]

* We are unable to accommodate any last-minute change of number of guests. Any requests for the change of reservation, please contact us during business hours (12:00 – 19:00) one day prior to your arrival date.

* We are unable to provide services to guests with requests of tea servings unavailable on our menu.

* According to store policy, we can only accommodate adults and children of age of 12 and above. (Due to possible side effects of teas on children, and required minimum order.) If there are guests above the age of 12 in the reservation, please note that the minimum charge will be applied. Thank you for your understanding.

* Please be noted that pets are not allowed.

* All outside food and beverages are not allowed.

* Caffeine-free and soft drinks are unavailable.

* We provide alcoholic drinks. Do Not Drink and Drive. Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to drink alcohol.

* The store is located on the second floor of a building with stairs only.
Please evaluate physical condition before booking if there is any special request (e.g. wheelchair access).

[Payment]

We accept cash, VISA/MASTER/American Express, and UnionPay.

[Takeout]

In order to provide pleasant dining experience, all drinks and dishes are unavailable for takeout.

[Dining Etiquette]

1. We would like to provide exclusive dining experience with authentic aroma of teas. Overuse of perfume or cologne might affect the aroma during tea tasting.

2. All dining wares are collections of local and international artist works with exceptional creativity. Please take your time to enjoy tea tasting with caution.

3. We highly suggest not to change lens of camera or pass your handheld device / cameras crossover the table. These are common causes of possible damages of device / camera and dining ware, accidents during tea tasting, or sudden cease of service procedures.

Please feel free to contact us for further requests by calling (+886) 2 2736 7287, 12:00 – 19:00, every Wednesday Through Sunday. Please be aware that the line might be busy at times, and your phone call might be missed or put on hold by chance. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

很喜欢，侍茶师特别好，很温柔专业介绍不同的茶。环境清幽，也能跟同样来品茶的同桌打成一片。喜欢这种能融为一体的氛围。

氛圍柔柔的，整體感覺是舒服的。位置只有吧台的六座位，音樂柔柔的，彼此聊天聲會因為環境自動變小，算是可以好好品茶的環境。

店員十分的冷漠，在泡茶的過程當中也少有解說，問她問題也回覆的很簡短把一個杯子放在面前後也沒跟我們講解，只說聞聞看，然後聞完呢？是要還給你還是放著？喝完了覺得口渴想要回沖卻被告知要等，因為在泡其他人的茶，那是不是可以請外面的店員協助呢？
