We use the freshest seasonal ingredients that we carefully examine and purchase early in the morning at the Toyosu Market.
We carefully prepare each dish to preserve the aroma and flavor of the ingredients.

The course includes seven seasonal kaiseki dishes, including seasonal dishes and sashimi.
After enjoying seven seasonal kaiseki dishes, including seasonal dishes and sashimi, you will be served eight pieces of sushi, each carefully made one by one.

This is not a simple snack that is often served at sushi restaurants.
You can enjoy authentic kaiseki cuisine.

Sushi is served with Kyoto-style rice seasoned with a mild taste.
The sushi is made with fresh seafood in moderately sized pieces with Kyoto-style lightly seasoned rice.
Every time you eat one piece of sushi, you will want to eat another and another.

Please enjoy such dishes and sushi.

Dinner: Monday~Saturday 18:00-22:00, LO22:00
Closed: Sundays, national holidays, and other irregular holidays

Children are not allowed in the restaurant.
