Ristorante Del Lago crafts fragrant wood fired pizzas, a selection of meats off the rotisserie, and pasta made fresh in-house daily. The aging room also boasts authentic salumi and formaggio imported straight from Italy. Freshly made cannoli and homemade gelato are the most delightful way to conclude your meal.

Envisioned by renowned designer Adam D. Tihany and inspired by the finest culinary regions of Italy, Ristorante del Lago offers a lively and authentic dining experience at The Broadmoor. I loove the ambience of Ristorante del Lago!!! Like all of the Broadmoor, the ambience is perfection. The staff is impeccable, the perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness. Ariel, Brian, Nicolas, our sommelier, Ben ~ all lovely. The disappointment was in my meal. I ordered the lobster parpadelle. It was so completely Bland I had to keep adding salt and pepper flakes, just to give it Any flavor. My friend ordered one of the specials and described it as “meh”. We don’t eat out much so this was a special treat, so we were bummed that it wasn’t even what we could describe as Good, much less delicious. Our husbands both ordered the veal and they enjoyed their meals. This was a special event, as tomorrow I’m moving out of state and I wanted my “last meal” to be at the Broadmoor, as well as thanking our friends for helping us move. The overall experience is always wonderful here. I’m not writing this to discourage anyone from coming to this special place. I just would like to see the chef Up their Flavor Game!!! Considerably! {The desserts were delicious!!}

I took my wife to celebrate my 60th birthday! The food was amazing, the atmosphere was wonderful and the service was outstanding! I am strongly considering taking her to Ristorante Del Lago for Valentines Day.

Loved this restaurant, my favorite of all the Broadmoor restaurants. Great food, servers with a personality , great ambiance. Will definitely revisit. Highly recommend.

We ate here two nights. The first night, the service by our waiter was never available. It wasn't that he was helping others, he couldn't be found. The next visit, Gracie was our waiter and she was terrific! She could not have been more attentive. She made the dining experience very enjoyable.

Outstanding selection of Italian dishes. Service was phenomenal especially pleased with our server Megan. I had the meatballs my wife had a delicious pasta with mushrooms.
