   Hi, unfortunately Robust seems a little worn. To me, the restaurant used to be a more upscale than it was last evening. Our server was really good, attentive and personable . But overall, I didn’t think the servers were dressed very appropriately . I’m not a “Karen” I swear, I was just expecting everything to LOOK a little nicer. My husband loved his cioppino and it was a good value. My Caesar was meh. Overall, we enjoyed the experience but don’t need to go back anytime soon.

   Our server was pleasant but not particularly engaging. We ordered the Robust sampler with three cheeses and three meats. For $33 it was the most paltry charcuterie plate we've ever seen. What a rip off. The person who brought it out to whom we complained brought it back out and all but dropped it on the table without a word. The bread that was served with the platter we were told would be "endless". They weren't. We had to ask for a refill and after that no more appeared. The entrees were tasty. It is a very nice varied menu, but the portions could stand to be larger.

   Wonderful evening with superb service. We had a group of 8 women and they were very accomodativv bf with separate checks , quick service and healthy food options. Of course , the wine flights were fantastic and one woman didn’t know what she wanted so our server came up with the perfect “sweet white” flight. Performers were a little loud but was great that they had live music. Perfect night and venue.

   Abby our server was really really good and very nice. Made good recommendations. We were there for the Valentine Pop Up and the decorations were so cute. The food was great along with the specialty cocktails!

   Haven’t been too robust for years, and remember it being good. We went on Valentine’s Day, expecting chaos. It was actually very calm and not slammed which was wonderful. The service was great. The server was attentive but my only gripe would be that when the charcuterie board was brought out, I had to ask the server when she stopped by what the cheeses were. Small inconvenience, but I think I’m just used to boards like that being explained as soon as it’s dropped off at the table especially when it’s chefs selection. My boyfriend got the chicken flat bread, liked it but the chicken was way over cooked and they put some weird gelatinous sauce under the bread. Not on the bread…plate, weird sauce, then flatbread. It made it really sticky and we still aren’t sure if it was supposed to be there. I chose the shrimp and grits and wish I hadn’t. The shrimp were cooked well, but very little flavor and the grits were probably the worst I’ve ever had. There were whipped to all hell almost turning them into a foam. Lacked flavor even with the tiny bit of pancetta. I was expecting a flavor bomb and unfortunately it just bombed. I would never order that again if we decide to ever go back. The saving grace to the meal was the blue cheese we ordered for dessert. It was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Not exactly sure what kind it was just that it was the special of the night. The server brought us a couple of chocolate chip cookies to eat with the blue, per chefs recommendation. My boyfriend loved the combo, personally I didn’t care for the chocolate that somehow over powered the cheese, which was a very pungent blue. I’m sorry to have to write a poor review. I think our expectations were too high for the price/value of the whole experience.

   Erica took good care of us. The prime rib was the best I ever had. The shrimp that came with it was fabulous. The potato dish was to die for. One of the best meals I have had at a restaurant!

   Lively atmosphere. Great live music. The staff is one of the best in town and the food is always tasty! Great wines by the glass at great prices!

   We just happened to hit the Valentine's event that Robust has going on. The specialty cocktail selection is fun! & we had 4 different cocktails. We really liked 3 of the four. We had the special dinner for two. The food tasted good. It really was just warm, not HOT. The side of potatoes were a nice temperature. Our server was very nice! I felt like she could have visited our table a bit more frequently. But we still left a nice gratuity.

    Really fun place with a great atmosphere. The food was very delicious and we look forward to coming back someday.
