Very nice place, great atmosphere, great environment, good, nice people. Been here many times, like it very much. This time food and service was good, but could be better. Will definitely come back again!

We went for our to be wedding anniversary and we had an amazing time! Our server John was so great and the food was amazing. We will be back this time next year!!

Rod’s is normally a place that my wife and I enjoy. This time the service was horrible. Definitely the worst service that I’ve experienced at a restaurant. We were seated right away and then ignored by the waiter and restaurant manager for 40 minutes. When the waiter finally came over, because I said something to the manager, he was a bit rude and condescending. After we ordered, our food did not arrive for another hour. At the end of the meal the waiter was trying to convince us that we still had a good time. The table next to us put in the same drink order with the waiter 4 times before he brought it to them. It took 2 hours for him to bring them a Diet Coke. It is understandable that restaurants and kitchens are short staffed, but we noticed other tables that had a different waiter were receiving service. Tables that sat down over an hour after us were leaving at the same time. We do love the food here, but this experience is going to make it difficult to go back.

It was lovely eating in the train car and the food and service were excellent. That being said, the prices are very high, and if they continue to rise, I will not be able to afford to enjoy what Rod's has to offer much longer.

our steaks were outstanding service was wonderful. only complaint our salads were not fresh. and they are quite expensive. I had the pear endive salad fruit was mealy and no endive. my husband said his salad was also subpar.

Service was totally off. We had a salad forgotten and never brought to the table, and after first round of drinks we never saw our server again. When someone finally returned to our table at the end of the meal, we asked for another round of drinks and explained that the salad never arrived. If anyone had checked on us after the food was brought out this could have been fixed easily. We were celebrating a birthday and had a party of 5. It was disappointing to say the least.
