Ruth's Chris Steak House serves the finest aged, corn-fed USDA Prime beef. Broiled in a trademark 1,800° oven & served on a plate heated to 500 degrees, your steak is presented sizzling hot at your table.
Additionally, the menu includes select fresh seafood & other meat entrees, including seasonal specialties like foie gras, buffalo strip & scallops.     Ruth’s Chris needs to work on training it’s Hostesses to be customer driven rather than following the “rules” they were given in training. I arrived on time with my 88 year old mother who uses a walker for a reservation made three weeks in advance. The Hostesses acted surprised that we had a table of five and wouldn’t let us go to the table even though the dining room was only 20% occupied. They made us wait standing in the lobby while they sat other tables. Why does Hall’s beat Ruth Chris? Not because of the food but because their Hosts are the best — bar none. How hard is it to consider the circumstances and seat an 88 year old woman? Even after I told the Hostesses I didn’t want my mother standing, they still made us wait. I could see our empty table from the lobby. They were incredibly rude and insensitive.
