   The bar area and bartender were great. We arrived early and enjoyed cocktails. We were seated and then received no service. No one took our order. We waited 20 mins and even told the hostess we were ready to order. No one ever took our order. We left after waiting 40 mins very disappointed

   Food and service was good. Restaurant was awful. Not even close to the Ruth’s Chris experience was have had in other Ruth’s Chris Restaurants. Dress code was not enforced. One table was so loud it disturbed us and others in a restaurant that was nearly empty. We took half our meal, our bottle of wine and a dessert to go. Management let fleece sweatsuit, ball cap and worn out T shirts pass as business casual. Won’t be back, recommend you pass as well if you are expecting a Ruth’s Chris experience.

   Based on the cost, the food was good. Ambience was ok. We were seated very near the entrance so I had to look at the hotel hallway and the noise level was higher than I like, because the overhead music was too loud. Steak was delicious but not my favorite. Cooked in butter and served on a hot plate with butter, I had to cover my chest from the butter spray coming from the plate and steak. Didn’t like that. Meat quality was excellent but flavor was lost, again in the butter. Sides were tasty. Desert and the waitress made the experience a plus.

   My party arrived early for a reservation that was made a month ago to celebrate a special occasion to poor service. My group seemed to be the only guests in the dining room before two other groups arrived. By the time we saw food one of the groups that arrived after us had eaten and paid. The servers brought food to the table only to take it away saying it wasn’t ours after we had been there over an hour at that point. We complained to the management and host numerous times about the situation. The Manager did help get the food out quicker and adjusted the bill but we received over cooked steaks and cold shrimp. I normally like this place which is why I chose it to celebrate but my group left disappointed today.

    Out server was Renee! She was excellent and let us take our time! We had a tgreat relaxing evening! Food was perfect!
