    Best food best service best time. The lobster was buttery. The lemon drop martinis were delicious and nice Chardonnay with the lobster and scallops.

    Ruth's has always been a top class experience. The steaks are the best, hands down. Their potato gratin is to die for. The overall ambiance and look brings a touch of class. One thing which has changed in recent years is the lack of respect people have for a place like this. It's not just Ruths either. Especially so in Orange County, people seem to think it's acceptable to turn up in hoodies and sneakers, bringing down the elegance of a place like this. While most in the restaurant did wear nice clothes - men with collars and shoes, etc - there were some that treated this like McDonalds. It's unfortunate that instead of respect for a classy establishment, and respect for others who made an effort to look nice, peoples entitled and selfish attitudes and bizarre threats of discrimination get in the way...this is a private establishment that used to have standards. In a world where class and respect is diminishing by the day, having standards is sorely needed. Please bring back your dress standards, Ruths. It's okay to say no to these people.

    Ruth Chris used to be exceptional. Our experience and food quality was exceptionally average. Would spend my money elsewhere next birthday celebration.

    Great experience here as always. Ashley was an exceptional server and stayed on top of us in the perfect way. Not overbearing nor waiting around for her to come around. She went out of her way to find the best value for us in terms of ordering

    I had a horrible waitress she made it an awful time. I can’t believe I even left her a tip at all. I left her a good $10 and she left her nothing. She was argumentative about a dish that I have and I’ve had it before and the way she described it. I said well I’ve never had it that way. She’s like well. This is the way it comes. I said like a few times I had to tell her, but that’s not the way I’ve had it and she is always so she was arguing with the customer wouldn’t believe me and then I was thinking about dessert and then suddenly she comes over with the check to get rid of us. We were eating at the bar area at the tables she was a blond with a high bun and she didn’t even come over to see if I liked my food I had to have my husband go take it to somebody else because she wasn’t coming and taking forever to come back to us for me to say that this isn’t how I like it. This isn’t how I’ve received it before. Just terrible. And rude of her.

    Carter is the best person. He’s polite, highlighted every thing that needed to be and offered great suggestions. Food taste, ambience, presentation on point. Can’t wait to go back.

    Our meal was good not great for the money. But the worst of it all was the snotty hostess that you had to endure in order to get your table that you had a reservation for I would not go back simply because of her there are too many other options.
