                                                                                                        I had a 715 reservation. They did not sit me until about 7:35 or so. My party was only two people and I’ve watched several people go in front of me. They actually forgot that I was actually sitting there. I spoke to the manager about the customer service that I received with the front attendees. They said they speak to them, but they did not offer me any discount or complementary compensation for my long wait for disregard customer service as well. I was very distraught about the whole experience because I’m a regular that goes there and dines there which I don’t understand why I felt like I was a black person going through the back door. While I watched all these white people get seated before me which felt really racist. I hate to bring up race, but this is how I felt unfortunately I probably will not be going to Ruth Chris anytime soon. I love the food, but the dining this time was awful experience.!                                                                                                         Outstanding as usual in every aspect. Phenomenal service, food, and atmosphere. Our favorite place to go for special occasions.

                                                                                                        Food outstanding! Everything was perfect and delicious. Service at the bar was slow. After waiting a long time after getting bread service, we had to ask for silverware, napkins and menus. Then had to ask for cocktail menus. The cocktails were disappointing. Way too large a glass that was overfilled with ice. The drink was diluted quickly. Oddly, even the Manhattan served "up" was a bit diluted. We expected top notch cocktails.

                                                                                                        Very busy. Staff stretched I am sure. My steak was not prepared as I asked. Neither the server or the circulating manager asked our table if the steaks were prepared properly.
