   New restaurant is very nice, but disappointing to have bad service. The server was very slow & inattentive. I know it’s a big weekend in Fayetteville, but they seemed understaff & had no sense of urgency to serve food or drinks. The restaurant was out of the seafood tower, unbelievable when it’s one of the biggest friday nights in the area with UofA graduation. This was not the typical experience we are used to at Ruth Chris.

   Perfect “every day of the week” Business or Personal lunch venue for a private conversation, personable & professional service and made from scratch meals. Try Brunch, Happy Hour & Dinner as well. You often get what you pay for. That’s a value!

   Visited Ruth’s Chris several times in the past and always had good experiences….last night was the first mediocre experience. Made reservations well in advance, and also called a week ahead to request a table on the lower floor, as close to the door as possible due to my mother having walking issues. Once we were called to be seated, we were told we were going to second level - alright maybe a misunderstanding and we’ll just use the elevator. Got to the second floor host, and he said he had nothing close because the tables close by were being used for a “big party.” We ended up being sat on the opposite side of the restaurant. Ok we deal with it. Get to the table - service started/remained friendly, but was not good. Drinks were empty several times and our server was nowhere in sight most of the evening (someone else delivered our drinks from the bar). Not sure if they were poorly staffed or just incorrectly balancing their staff, but the food is the only thing that kept this experience from being 1 star. To top it all off, there was never a big party sat anywhere near the entrance, so the inconvenience to my mother was unnecessary and in poor taste. No complaints on price - you attend expecting to pay high $$. But that high $$ should also come with impeccable/timely service as well as compassion and care for the customer, none of which took place. Really disappointed with our first experience at this new location.

   We had an anniversary dinner at Ruth Chris in Rogers and it was perfect!! Our server was Olivia and the meal was delicious! We were treated like Olivia's personal guests and she took such good care of us. Her recommendations were spot on and wonderful. She was very attentive and made sure they met our every need and want. I loved that there were rose petals sprinkled on the table as a personal and subtle way of telling others that we were celebrating a special event. All the other servers and others were so kind and asked about our event. We were celebrating our 49th anniversary! The food was phenomenal and luscious. Dessert was provided and just enough for us both to share. We spent a leisurely 2 hours there and enjoyed every moment. Thanks so much to all for making our evening so special!    Our waiter, Matt, was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Our food was delicious. It is a pricey place to eat, but we truly enjoy the experience. The new restaurant is gorgeous. We sat on the patio. The heaters kept us warm.

   Best ambiance in NWA. Food and drink is 5 star! Jacob L. - our waiter is the best. Ask for Jacob when you dine here and you won't be disappointed.
