Ocean Boulevard Bistro and Martini Bar is an upscale dining restaurant on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. We are open nightly for dinner and drinks through all seasons. We pride ourselves in using fresh local and regional ingredients, in season, to create interesting and flavorful meals. We have a comprehensive wine list and have been awarded "Best of the Beach - 2014-2017" for our Martini Bar. We also have an oceanside patio, across the street from the beach, for drinks and waiting. Thierry & Patricia Moity previously owned Patou Bistro in Charlotte, NC & Cafe de Bruxelles in NYC. Chef Thierry has been cooking since age 13 in some of the finest restaurants in Europe & USA. His cuisine is influenced by many traditions; Patricia comes from the northern part of France near the Belgium border, while Thierry's origins are deeply rooted in the central provinces of the country. According to Chef Thierry, “I want everyone to feel welcome in my restaurant. We are working against the stereotype that French food must be intimidating and expensive.”

We are open for carry out and for dine-in guests. The balcony tables are available first come first serve upon reservation. If one is not available upon arrival, guests are welcome to wait at the bar or in the lounge until one becomes available. We are open for Dinner MON-SUN 4:30 pm till 10 pm and for Brunch on SUN 11:00-2:00 pm.

Roberto's has been serving the Ocean Ilse Beach area since 1985. Its a second generation family business now being run by Chef/Owner Dave Gundrum and Executive Chef Ryan Duganne. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed. The menu is diverse from signature seafood dishes like Salmon Rockefeller or Grouper Saint Thomas to classic Italian dishes including Chicken Piccata, Veal Parmigiana and Homemade Lasagna. For the steak lover hand cut Filet Mignon, Ribeye and Berkshire Duroc Pork Chops prepared on our 1600 degree flame broiler. Appetizers include homemade Cheese Crab Dip, Ahi Tuna, Bang Bang Shrimp and more. To finish your night our Creme Brulee is world class.
