A 360 degree bar features fresh handcrafted Bichi cocktails, premium Japanese sake, wonderful wines and Champagnes, and an international beer selection. Guests are greeted by a ceremonial Japanese torii gate - after passing through, the ordinary world is left behind, symbolically marking the transition from the mundane to the sacred.

Wij aten hier op een vrijdagavond en we kwamen in een prachtig aangekleed restaurant. Echter het geluid binnen was één groot kippenhok. De serveerster vertelde ons dat vrijdag en zaterdag het hier altijd druk is met jongelui en dat was ook goed te horen. Het eten os uitstekend en de bediening ook. Als je hier wilt eten ga dan vooral niet in het weekend. Prijs kwaliteit is prima.

The Den serves Edomae Tokyo style sushi. The Den is a 18 seat counter, omakase style sushi restaurant, where Sushi chefs will guide guests through an authentic omakase experience. Most ingredients will be flown in directly from the Toyosu fish market in Tokyo. The Den serves a multi course menu with no a la carte options. Food menus are $300++ or $185++ per guest.
