Located right in Georgian Dublin City Centre. Next door to the famous 5 star Merrion Hotel. Pearl has catered for lovers of fine dining for the past 20 years. French and Asian fusion is the norm. The Pigeon Rossini or Bluefin Tuna Ponzu is still a staple on the menu but it is the €99 -Six course tasting menu that will demonstrate Pearl’s culinary legacy.

Head Chef, David O'Byrne, has been running the kitchen since opening day, back in December 2015. Within two years he had earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand & has retained it every year since.
Owner/Manager Russell Wilde has been in the business for over 30 years, so he also has a fair idea of what he's doing.
And they both very much look forward to providing you with an enjoyable & memorable dining experience.

Heerlijk gegeten! Sfeervol restaurant aan Rand centrum gelegen. Bediening eeg vriendelijk en denkt goed mee. 3 keer wezen uiteten in Dublin en Richmond was het beste restaurant ook met beste prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding . De dames hadden vis als hoofdgerecht, de heren eend, alles even lekker!
