Dear client, for us your upcoming experience in our restaurant is very important, for that reason we inform you that our Thai & Elefanta Restaurants are in same location, however, for reasons of Plaza la Isla remodelations, we will have a deviation in the access to our entrance, this deviation is through Fashion Harbour, in the hall between the Rolex and Dolce & Gabana stores, you will arrive at Ryoshi's entrance and turning to the right you can find us, if you arrive by the parking lot that is by Palacio de Hierro, just follow the hall that is in front of Ryoshi restaurant and at the end we will be waiting for you.

We hadden gereserveerd om 22.00 uur was allemaal keurig geregeld , eten was super , niet goedkoop maar dat was geen probleem , tot dat we wilde gaan afrekenen De rekening was 8800,3 pesetos aangezien wij alleen maar US dollars hadden vroeg ik aan de ober (Charlie) of hij de rekening kon omzetten naar deze valuta , hij kwam uit op US dollars 104 Ik gaf hem 120 dollars en liet weten dat de rest tip was Buiten aangekomen begon ik te twijfelen over de juistheid van deze “ koerswissel “ en besloot dit direct op te vragen via internet daaruit bleek dat het 94 dollar moest zijn i.p.v. 104 dollar , ben direct terug gegaan en heb me gemeld bij de afd. serveringen waar ik het probleem uitlegde , ook zij kwam uit op 94 dollar Ben toen naar de ober gelopen en om het reçu gevraagd , met het schaamrood op zijn kaken gaf hij terstond de 10 US dollar terug Heb die zelfde avond nog een mail gestuurd naar het restaurant maar helaas geen reactie hier op gekregen , al met al een vervelende na smaak van een gezellig avondje

Transportation is available within the area to facilitate mobility. General access hours to the natural area are 7AM-5PM; outside these hours, entry is allowed only with reservation.

Inspiration for Primo comes from the love for food, ancient spirits, local crafts and rustic cooking. Trying to recreate in a small outdoor space under a beautiful tree, the essence from original Playa del Carmen and bring an authentic Mexican food where everything is cooked with wood fire, underground oven, comales and grill, as has been done traditionally in most Mexican small towns for centuries. Primo means cousin in spanish, as a common slogan in Mexico we say Primo to refer to really close friends, the ones that may be closer than family. Our intention with this name is that guests feel the confort of gathering in a place that will taste and feel like home as we do. We have developed the interior design with locally made tzalam wood furniture, bejuco lamps and a chukum finish for the walls. We pride ourselves of using local and sustainable suppliers for most of our ingredients.
