Only by sourcing our favorite vegetables, fruits and herbs right here at our own Potlikker farm can we be absolutely assured that we are serving nothing but the freshest, healthiest seasonal flavors. Opened in 1980, Garibaldi is an anchor and landmark in Savannah dining. Forty-three years later, we are still innovating and evolving! Garibaldi offers fresh local seafood, shellfish, wonderful steaks and chops in a warm sophisticated environment with gracious and professional service. Located just north of the Demere Rd. round-a-bout in Redfern Village, in the heart of St. Simons Island, we offer a full bar, a wide selection of appetizers and seafood with an extensive raw bar and feature a pristine marsh view. Oyster offerings rotate from aquacultures up & down the East Coast, and are available raw or steamed as well as stuffed & baked. Meat eaters fear not! We offer a Filet, NY Strip and Pork Ribeye that will compete with any steakhouse in the area.

Enjoy cocktails & appetizers and enjoy the marsh view from the lounge on our back porch!

Notable appetizers include the Raw Oysters (of course!), Old Bay Chicken Wings, Drunken Clams and Southern Crab Dip. You can also, graze on a Double Cheeseburger, Po' Boy or Fish Tacos.

For dinner, Chef Ben's Special of the Day usually takes top billing, but the Seared Scallops with Tasso Cream and Shrimp & Grits with Red Eye Gravy are popular too. However, the Seared Pork Ribeye with Guajillo Butter is an unsuspecting hit!
