Ettore Vino e Cucina is the first restaurant and wine tasting room from Ettore Winery, a boutique organic estate and winery in Mendocino, CA, spearheaded by Italian-born winemaker Ettore Biraghi and Sofia Rivier.

In collaboration with Los Angeles' beloved Italian restaurant, Osteria Mamma, Ettore Vino e Cucina brought on Chef Mònica Angelats Coll, a culinary expert with a unique background blending aerospace engineering and fine dining, to lead the kitchen.

The menu is inspired by the team’s Italian heritage and will feature signature dishes like Ettore Tagliatelle Ai Funghi, a red wine pasta with mushrooms, kale, pecorino and hazelnuts and Stinco Di Agnello Con Patatine Al Parmigiano, braised lamb shank, fingerling potatoes and parmigiano reggiano. The restaurant showcases a beautifully-curated design of charming vintage pieces that have a story to tell, creating a one-of-a-kind dining atmosphere.

The restaurant will be open 7 days a week from 11am to 9pm, walk-ins are welcome.

Here one can meet for more privacy, enjoy early or late bites paired with one of Nerano's original cocktails – the Costa Amalfitana or Pearbellini, or his interpretation of historic and contemporary classics like the Nerano Negroni Blanco, Aperol Spritz, Boulevardier and La Floridita Daiquiri. The lounge doubles as a private event space and includes a dedicated kitchen.
