Trattoria Timone is more than just a restaurant, the food, the ambiance, the service, it’s a package deal, but more so there is so much history here and the family presence is what makes it special.

Our head chef/owner has a Sardinian background and brings you cuisines from the Sardinian region, amongst other regions of Italy. From the bread, desserts, pastas and sauces, there are no preservatives and we even pick from our own garden when we can.
