                                                                      The restaurant was half empty. Every time we needed our server to come up to our table (party of four), we had to wave incessantly, and servers tending to tables adjacent to ours would simply ignore us. After numerous attempts to catch his attention to bring the check, he finally came with a portable card reader and said, "we're talking about [and stated a Dollar amount]." He showed his displeasure when I asked for a printout of the itemized check. The displeasure was more evident when I left a "customized" tip of 10% only, which I believe was generous, taking into account the level of inattention we got.

                                                                      Perhaps we caught this place on an off night. Ambience and service from Jay was nice. Food was okay. The pork belly appetizer was dry. We had the ribeye steak and fried chicken which were underwhelming given the price level. The chicken didn’t come with vegetables. There were 2 main dishes we originally ordered from the menu that had vegetables but we were told both were unavailable (pork chops and sea bass). Apparently the menu had not been updated. The restaurant was clean and not loud. However, we were disappointed given the reviews we read about this restaurant.

                                                                      La comida muy rica. El servicio de la hostess muy frío e indiferente. Los meseros muy amables pero muy poco atentos a nosotros (la botella de vino que ordenamos tuvimos que servirla nosotros mismos toda la cena). Siendo mexicana, las propinas de Estados Unidos me parecen ridículamente altas y por este tipo de servicio duele aun más pagarlas. Permiten reservaciones de mesas muy grandes (10+ personas) lo cual le quita clase y elegancia al restaurante y lo anterior genera mucho ruido y poca atención por parte de los meseros. Otro punto a mejorar seria la iluminación ya que hay varios focos pequeños que apuntan directamente a tu cara y eso molesta mucho. Comida bien pero les dejo esos comentarios para que puedan mejorar.

                                                                      Got stood up on a date, and everyone could tell, lol. They were all so nice, gave me a free drink. Food, Staff everything was top notch. Highly recommend!

                                                                      Bit of a wait even with a reservation, but service, and food were exceptional! Also appreciated the history on the restaurant and the managers checking in on us. The team I brought wanted to return again the following day. Great food!
