This used to be our go to for special date nights monthly as it had an intimate whimsical atmosphere and solid food. The place is beautifully decorated. The was food was good. The service was average…My husband received the wrong entree delivered by food runner and it took several minutes to find someone to locate our server to remedy the issue. I think the issue of average service was due to the location of our table as it was hard to access. We were seated near the bar and our table was on top of the two tables next to us. It didn’t have that intimate feel I remembered and enjoyed about dining there. Make sure to request a table in a different area as it was loud and we were being bumped into constantly by the bar crowd.

I took my girlfriend for our anniversary and it was pretty romantic and a really nice atmosphere. Food was really good. The ricotta cavatelli with short rib was my favorite. Plenty of food and dessert was great. Plenty of parking and service was on point. Very happy with my experience

Wonderful ambience decorated for Valentine’ Day. Perfect for my wife’s birthday. We sat at a table in the bar area so it was a little loudbut not too. Service was terrific and accommodating to our wishes. We’ll be back.

Delicious food with varied options. Crab cakes and calamari are GF. Chicken Pottage is so thoughtfully created and presented. Specials are deliciously different. Scarborough Fair is always beautifully decorated year round. Just a fun place to dine.

SF is a beautiful space and isn’t a bad choice for a date as long as you’re not seated in the bar area. Our recent visit was good overall but the value wasn’t there for us. In particular, my wife’s entree was definitely not handled well. She ordered a lamb chop dish, med rare. The chops were nicely frenched/presented, but closer to rare on one of the racks. There was a mound of very unseasoned Brussels Sprouts on her plate, and the same for the mushroom side. Nothing was seasoned well. I ordered pan fried black bass - it was very well executed and the bed of risotto under is was excellent too. It’s just hard to enjoy when you see your partner trying to power through a sub-par plate. Quick note - octopus appetizer was very good and we’d recommend that. Wine and spirit list was also comprehensive and we did take advantage of the offerings. Bottom line: beautiful, romantic spot. Very good front-of-house staff. Meals were 50/50. We probably won’t return based on this visit - there are too many places angling for our entertainment budget.

I have been going to Scarborough fair for years. It used to be my favorite place to dine and wine. The food quality is not the same it used to be. The appetizer was not tasty at all - crispy calamari was not deep fried (sauce was just wrong - I mean wrong!!!). The main course was disappointing too; my salmon was overcooked and the side rice was like a stone - fried I guess? The only thing that I enjoyed was dessert - Cheesecake and creme-brulee, carrot cake was not tasty at all too. My dining experience at the restaurant was very disappointing.

Beautiful restaurant inside and out. Fun, charming environment. Overall Food and cocktails were very good. We both agreed would come back and maybe get a table in the alcoves, which were more private.

Loved everything about the late lunch I shared with my long time friends. The place was still decorated for Xmas and was beautiful. Service, drinks and food were great as well. Would definitely go back!

Restaurant was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Our server was friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and the chef offered us several alternatives for our main entree. From start to finish, a great experience!
