The Palate & Pairings Chef’s 4-Course Tasting Dinner offers an unforgettable culinary experience. Begin with Chef Richard Demming's velvety red beet soup, topped with tender asparagus, crispy brioche croutons, and house-made crème fraîche. Next, enjoy hamachi crudo—thinly sliced yellowtail with baby kale, radishes, asparagus tips, and crispy Brussels sprout leaves, finished with a bright Banyuls vinaigrette. The main course features Berbere-spiced lamb with creamy potato and celery root, confit tomato, and garlic-pine nut sauce. Finish with a blood orange crêpe layered with mascarpone, fresh segments, and Thai basil- and each course paired with a skillfully chosen wine accompaniment.

Gather and enjoy spectacular brunch buffet stations with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean from our upper-level Grandview Ballroom. Seaglass’ culinary team has curated a savory Easter feast so that you can experience quality time with your loved ones. Younger guests will delight in the children’s buffet, and a visit and treat from the Easter Bunny. Coffee, tea and child’s beverage included. Bloody’s, Bubblies and full bar available at additional cost. Easter Brunch Tickets are available for purchase at $64.95 per adult, and $24.95 for children plus 20% gratuity and 7% tax, charged when making your reservation. Brunch tickets are non-refundable. Brunch was amazing. The restaurant is beautiful and we were sat right by the window giving us a perfect view of the ocean. I chose the traditional eggs benedict and my husband ordered the French toast both were delicious. For added ambiance they had a musician playing soft music. Nice spot for a special occasion or if you just want to feel special!!

We enjoyed the ahi poke bowl, short rib grilled cheese, and ginger and pork potstickers to start. The service was excellent, the food seasoned and prepared wonderfully, and hand-crafted cocktails just right.

Wonderful! We met friends there that we hadn't seen in 6 years. We had a lovely table in the corner with perfect views of the ocean! We did not fee rushed at all. The food was delicious, and dessert was exceptional! Great place to enjoy a meal.

This was our first time here. Views were amazing as was the food. Sunday brunch, very relaxed. We were never rushed. Definitely going back!
