Binh was an amazing server. From the moment we entered our hosts greeted us with attention and kindness. We can’t wait to come back. The only thing that would make it icing is a window seat. We’re going to come back in hopes for it lol. The platinum ribeye makes me want to hug the cow and the chef at once. My girlfriends scallops was better than my steak but those were her words not mine. This place is now in our top three restaurants in Dallas. Thank you for the truly wonderful experience as we celebrate our end to an amazing year. Will be referring our friends and out of towners. Keep up the good work!

Celebrated my 9th anniversary here last night and I will say it was an exceptional experience! The atmosphere was amazing quiet pianist had amazing melodies and the service was top tier! I’ve been to several big name steakhouses in Dallas and I can say SER provided something I haven’t experienced! Robert our server was on point the whole time menu variety was amazing and his time and detail to allows us time and wisdom on making the best decisions possible was second to none! I can’t say enough good things about this place if there was 10 starts I’d give them that whit out a doubt! His will be my go to for bdays and special occasions from now on! Thank you Robert and SER staff you guys made me and my wife’s night one to remember!!

The food was so good here!!! We had the filet mignon , Mac and cheese, Brussel sprouts, mushrooms, fries and the salmon!! All excellent! I would like to meet the chef!! The German chocolate cake was also great! Definitely recommend this place!! So far my favorite steak house.

We went to SER for our Christmas Eve dinner. The restaurant is on the top of the hotel and has great views of the city. Service was friendly but very slow, perhaps due to Christmas Eve staffing. We had the scallops and salmon for our entrees and ice cream flambé for dessert. Everything was well prepared and tasty but expensive. Overall, we had a good experience but had higher expectations for the meal and service.

On December 24th, I was at the restaurant, and the waitress assigned to our table of two was also in charge of a table of 10 people. Understandably, she focused on the larger table and provided very minimal attention to us. I suggest that if a server is attending a very large table, they should be dedicated to that table, and another server should be assigned to smaller tables. Otherwise, the attention becomes unbalanced, as happened in our case, where we weren’t even offered water.

Service was ok, coffee Luke warm and went through 3 ketchup bottles to find one not bad. The food was spectacular, the place decorated beautifully. All the characters were wonderful with the kids.

We did Brunch with Santa on Christmas Eve. It was a great experience. Food was good and the price with the activities was fair. Our Santa photo turned out amazing! Our kids had a great time at this experience.

We came to SER Christmas Eve morning for their brunch package with our family of 10. We were amazed with all the different choices at the buffet. It was fun going back and finding something different to try. We were all able to find different things to eat. When we shared what we liked best it turned out each of us enjoyed something different. Our Grandson was excited to pick a blue iced donut from the donut wall. He was smiling ear to ear when he brought it back to the table. The wait staff was very attentive. It was fun to have a reindeer, elf along with Santa and Mrs Claus make their rounds. The photographer did a great job and was able to capture our family perfectly. We had a very joyful and wonderful experience.

We were disappointed in the food. We have Brunch with Santa and truly did not enjoy the food whatsoever. It was a buffet style brunch. The food was fair, nothing memorable. The meats were dry and food was room temperature. The spread was beautiful, visually but lacked flavor.
