Mediocre food in a loud and crowded space. The wait staff kept hitting my chair as they walked by. Food was under-seasoned and the cutlery couldn’t get through a pizza crust. The complimentary bread was stale and the olive oil tasted like a blend. Underwhelmed is an understatement. I made a reservation for a friend’s birthday after a recommendation, and there was zero acknowledgement of our special dinner out. Definitely not planning to return.

The food was great. Girls trip, dinner before a broadway show!!! 4 entrees and 4 happy people. Vegan options made this place a plus! Timing was perfect, service was excellent, Wicked was amazing. We are already planning our next trip and returning to Serafina @ the Time Hotel!!!!

We had a very good experience at Serafina’s. Perfect pre theater dinner. Food was good and perfect portions to be able to sit in a theater seat and not be uncomfortable for the duration of a play. Would definitely go back!

Fod is ok Typical Italian fare . The chicken parmesan had a paper thin sliver of chicken covered with bread crumbs and lots of tomato sauce and cheese. Same sauce on the pasta which accompanied it. The noise evel was horrendous and I couldn't wait to leave the restaurant . However the service was very efficient. It is a fast food place not a place to have a diining experience.

We waited for 20 minutes after we were seated before giving up. We ended up leaving because we would’ve missed our show at 7. This restaurant is right in the theatre area so it was really odd that they didn’t have a faster turnover. So I’ve scored everything low as we didn’t get to experience it due to lack of service.

Great food and service. Nice and quiet for a dinner to catch up with an old friend...and servers left us alone and let us talk for hours without rushing us along. Perfect evening!

We were seated in the back ( there were 7 of us ) and the noise level was average. The staff was pleasant and served the food in a timely manner which was appreciated as we had a 8 pm show. Our only disappointment was that two of the meals ordered had too much garlic in it, too much even for the garlic lovers at the table. If we had more time, I would have asked for the meals to be prepared again with less garlic. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to dessert because we did not leave enough time before the show.
