Stables Ranch Grille at Tubac Golf Resort & Spa serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. Stables Ranch Grille is named for its historical significance of being the famed Otero ranch an actual stable back in the day. Our rustic dining rooms reveal the original Spanish cobblestone floor and massive hand-hewn beams. Enjoy American Southwestern cuisine featuring appetizers, salads, sandwiches, pasta, fresh seafood, steaks, chops, and southwestern specialties. Friendly service, fine-casual cuisine, and a comfortable atmosphere combine for a rustic yet upscale dining experience with incredible views of the Santa Rita Mountains. Two dining rooms, two patios, and a large bar provide several areas to dine or relax with a tasty beverage.
You won't want to miss our famous bar complete with saddles for barstools.

Excellent food and service. Had the pork schnitzel and the prawn primavera. Both well prepared and service was prompt and attentive. Great dining experience and we will be back.

We sat outside to eat. What a beautiful view of the mountains and golf course! The dinner was great. Would recommend.

We loved our dining experience at Stables Ranch Grill. The staff and service were wonderful. It felt like the staff really worked together to make sure that their guests were happy. Their attentiveness was greatly appreciated.

We don’t typically go to Stables for lunch, but had a limited time to visit from out of the state. He wanted to see the golf course. The menu was restricted due to not having the ingredients for some of the options. The waiter had to be asked multiple times to bring one of drinks, even though all three of us ordered the same drink. We requested some of the condiments to be put on the side to allow us to control the flavor as one of the guests has a restricted diet, they were completely left off and not brought at all. We were able to get one of the condiments eventually. We watched as other tables (different servers) were checked on and waited a while before being asked about needing more drinks. Usually we take our guests here for dinner, and have never had an experience like we had in the afternoon. I won’t be back for lunch. Too bad because this is a beautiful location to see during the day.
