The food was good but the service lacked a lot to be desired. I understand it was Christmas Eve but it was lacking. The server was nice and polite but we waited several minutes for drinks, drink refills and other things.

                                                                                                                              We were very excited to have dinner here as we e been waiting for a year. Every Christmas Eve we go to a restaurant as a family that we’ve never been too and we were waiting for well over a year to come here as we saved it for a special occasion such as this one. Upon arrival, we were very excited as it met all expectations. Our server, was not fantastic and seemed new or unsure of himself. We ordered the appetizer meatballs and before we had cut into them our soup was arriving. Every course seemed rushed as the soup was escorted from the table after with well over half remaining as the dinner was coming. The dinner, chateaubriand served table side, was very exciting however our waiter couldn’t get it to us, had to stop and reheat it on the way, and it ended up o se cooked from medium to medium well. Everything was a whirlwind and with tip our experience was $575 and wasn’t memorable in a positive manner. The waiter also broke a glass off another table and a chard hit my wife in the shoulder and fell to the floor. We got a person that assist the waiter and he cleaned up the glass chards. I wish this would have been different as we were looking forward to it and it’s our special day each year but it was just very disappointing. The manager seemed very interested and checked on us when our soup arrived but after that it was just down hill but if an appetizer is on the table and not touched the server needs to slow the process as I was just starting to divide for the three of us to eat. I went to talk to the manager but the restaurant was getting very crowded and he was helping a lady in a walker who came in to wait for a table. If felt wrong to complain on Christmas Eve but for the cost, I wish it would have been a better experience than glad sitting my wife and over cooked $180 chateaubriand. Thank you

There was a big wedding party, which caused service to be a bit slow and loud ambiance. Had an issue with drinks being weak and they fixed it with no issue. Also, steak was overcooked and they promptly fixed it. We had lasagna, fish, chicken Marsala, penne with meatball, steakhouse gnocchi, filet. All food was very flavorful. I would go again. Server, Fonz was very helpful and courteous.

                                                                                                                              My husband & I went for our anniversary with friends & found it to be a wonderful time. The food was delicious. We had lasagna & the portions were great with some to take home for another meal the next day. We also enjoyed the bread they served. It was also delicious!! The service was excellent as well!! We will be back again for our special occasions.

                                                                                                                              The food was amazing and some of the best I have had!! The one thing stopping me from giving a 5 star is the way the birthday dessert was handled. The entire evening everyone kept telling my boyfriend happy birthday and our server even came up and said something along the lines of okay birthday boy what do you want for dessert. To us this implied it would be complimentary but we were then charged $15 for a dessert we did not even need. When asking a server about it he did not care to make it right for us and just shared they provide the candle for the dessert.

They made us Valet for $10 when could have easily parked ourselves- was there on a Tuesday for our anniversary for first time, very few others dining there. My sides- of green beans and potatoes came out cold- asked for hot ones- so then they brought. We had “cash gift cards” to use and they wouldn’t let us use for tip- this had never happened to us at other restaurants. Now we are left with more gift card $ and likely won’t be returning. Also “anniversary” Dessert was not complimentary, but ok. We have dined at many fine restaurants over many years and never experienced this.
