SUCCOTASH is named after the classic dish that has been a longstanding staple of the Southern table. While many know “Succotash” when they see it, the dish has been interpreted, modified and passed from generation to generation for centuries. While Succotash between families will share similarities, each family’s recipe is deeply personal and reminiscent of those special suppers that brings kin together. Our “Succotash” is special to us and we invite you to experience the South from our point of view.

We hebben dit restaurant gekozen voor de “southern kitchen” en het eten was geweldig! Verukkelijke , pittige collard greens, sappigste babybackribs, sappige green fried tomatoes. Kortom een aanrader!

The hostess was awesome! Welcoming! This was my second time visiting and a friend’s first time and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was amazing. Delicious! And my friend was in awe of everything. The food was served quickly, hot and delicious. Our server Cree was the best! My friend cannot wait to take her husband there. Five plus stars!!!!

Now this is how you do it. Food, customer service, hospitality and atmosphere was top notch. This was our first time and we were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday. From the hostesses, and server they were attentive and acknowledged my boyfriend’s birthday each step of the way. And Mr. Joe Jo, this man deserves a Michelin for customer service. Awesome experience! The food was flavorful, plentiful and the presentation, chefs kiss. We will be back whenever I’m in town from Houston.

Service was way too slow. It took 45 minutes to get our first dish. They had zero port wine and the Rosé wine was terrible. It’s too noisy and our server had zero people skills. She was not upbeat and seemed so distant. Our table was slanted. Only good thing was the friendly concierge guy and in terms of food, the cauliflower appetizer dish was good. The pineapple mocktail was refreshing. Service was terrible. Awful dining experience. We will not be back.

I loved my lunch here SO much I came back the next day, and then brought people for dinner while I was in town for a conference. 3 times in 2 days and every bite was delicious, from the shrimp & grits, to the sausage gravy, collard greens and salmon. And did I mention the cornbread!?? The manager was so pleased to see me so excited for Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie that she comped it for our table! Exceptional experience and it's because this place clearly cares about serving great food to folks. A true gem!!!!!
