It was a very busy evening in the restaurant. We had a reservation but were seated in the bar area. I didn’t expect to have to request dining room. Very loud, unable to hear each other without shouting The wings and toffee pudding were the best things we had. Fish tacos, rigatoni, were mediocre and the salmon and chicken at our table were dry and over done. Service was fair.

They have a great space for large groups, but the service suffers. The food is good, the servers are pleasant, hence, 4 stars!

Great spot for a big group! We book 20 person work Christmas dinner last minute and we had a great table, great service and great selection of drink and food options. Overall great experience.

The ambience is unique, waitress was very nice and friendly, service was really good. On the other hand the food quality was terrible, mac and cheese was dry and watery at the same time! Dry steak, unpleasant look. Chicken had no taste and the appearance wasn’t pleasant with the pile of old vegetables on the side. The place was too noisy and everyone basically had to scream to make their voice heard. Was a good one time experience overall but tap and barrel is obviously weaker than the other competitors

I come here pretty often, its generally always a great experience! Great service, water refilled without asking, refills on pops. Food was quick and hot. A couple of managers came over to check how everything was. Its the reason i keep going back!

We all enjoyed our meals tremendously! I had enough for supper, too. This is a lovely place to eat, and well worth the drive from the Fraser Valley.
