I was extremely disappointed to walk in a beautiful restaurant only to led to a cold room that appeared to be an addition and resembled a party or banquet room. Not an ideal Valentine’s Day environment for the pricey tab!

                                                                                  It was far too loud to enjoy Galentine’s dinner. If you were sitting in the main room you couldn’t hold a conversation with the person across from you & we had to yell back and forth with our waitress. She was fantastic and doing the best she could with the noise and tight space so my low review is not in any way due to our service, but I would recommend maybe lowering the volume because my ears literally popped on the way home.

                                                                                  Booked the igloo to be told that you cannot book it online after being sat at a regular table. Restaurant was dead, they said they had a reservation at 7 for the igloo our dinner Rez was at 530pm, nobody showed until almost 745pm. Was told that they were sorry and would makeup for it with dessert on them, never happened. Got 3 filets which on the menu says mashed and seasonal veggies, none had mashed. Spent over $400 on a birthday dinner and will not be coming back. I’ve worked in restaurants for years.
