   Saturday March 15th,2025 Our waiter Sam S. was rude and socially awkward. He took a very long time to acknowledge us. When he asked us what we wanted to drink we asked if they had had a Pinot Grigio, and his reply was “I don’t know, there’s the menu “ then he tried to sell us a bottle of their house red wine after we just told him we wanted white wine. When he was taking our food order we said we would all be doing the salad bar for dinner. He then made an awkward facial expression and said “all of you are only doing the salad bar?” And then rolled his eyes. He stood up and just stood there looking at us. He was making us all feel very uncomfortable. He then said”so let me get this straight, y’all are just having a salad for dinner” I then said “no, we are all doing the salad bar.” Then he left and came back a third time and “so y’all are just having a light meal tonight-huh” after we told him we didn’t want the bottle of red he had sat on the table and said well I’m gonna leave it here anyway. So when he came back after being gone for a very long time, all of our water glasses were empty, my friend said can you please take this bottle away? I feel like I’m gonna knock it off, he rolled his eyes again and reluctantly took it away. We hadn’t seen our two friends in years so we were trying to ignore his rudeness. We hadn’t even been given a chance to finish our salads before he started coming to the table and asking if we are done here. This seems like he was trying to rush us out of the restaurant. When we told him we were interested in seeing the Dessert tray, he seemed irritated about that as well. Sam H. made me and our friends very uneasy during the entire meal. When he was clearing our plates after hurrying us to finish our meal, I told him I wasn’t quite done, but he took my plate anyway. Then right after he brought the check to the table he said“I hope y’all enjoyed your steaks and all the meats” worst service at a TDB ever.

   Our waiter was amazing he really help make the evening special. The food was amazing. Every single bite was cooked to perfection.

   I had special instructions for a double birthday dinner, Father/Son, within a family of 5. No one said or made the wish of a Happy birthday. The Filet Mignon was mostly Fat/Gristle, and small as Swedish meat balls. Our server was J.S. and when I was curious to why the $20 was not credited for the Bday discount for just one of us and he said that he would need the barcode. It’s not about the 20.00 but the lack of customer recognition. There are so many other locations we can drop over $400.00 cash on a family dinner. Very disappointing.

   The staff was inattentive and even though I made special request to celebrate my wife’s birthday, there was no effort to do so. Disappointed in the experience.

   Overall me and my family had an amazing experince being there our first time. Our servers where professional, attentive, and informative. I will definitely be back!

   It was alright. I really liked the lamb chops, though. Selection of salad bar was eh. Honestly, I prefer Fogo de Chao.

   The food was good. Most of the meat was very salty for my taste. It would have been nice to have a list of the meats available and if the meat servers told you what the meat was that they were offering. The waiter was great; however, it would have been nice if he asked us if we have ever been there before and explained the process. Three of the four of us have never been there before. The one thing that ticked me off was the waiter brought over the dessert tray as if it was included and asked us to pick out desserts. They are not included in the price. I most definitely will not be returning and prefer the other Brazilian restaurant in town.
