Fuimos a la hora de menor precio , pero igual cobraron como hora punta . Es más bajo el almuerzo a las 13 Horas ????

I usually have an amazing experience there. Now, I understand that a place can and will be busy and that will make food take longer. I also understand the restaurant concept. What I do not agree with is waiting over an hour after asking repeatedly and still not getting a single piece of meat or even salad bar items such as bread and rice. I spent a whole hour with my family and invitees with an empty plate or a plate of salad. After waiting for an hour the manager started ordering for us the meat which meant an extra hour of waiting that could have been avoided. Added is the waitress who purposely disappeared after realizing that no food was coming our way (she still looked after the surrounding tables) she was just avoiding us. On top of all that we get a manager who instead of just bringing the stuff starts trying to verbally discuss over the details. I do not care to discuss what went wrong while the food is still not there, I want the food! No need to direct his anger at me, unnecessary. It is not the first time I go there and find a full place and therefore have to wait, but it is the first time I have to fight the manager and waitress for a piece of churrasco. Worst experience ever.

Unfortunately the a good few of the meats were either overcooked or in a couple of cases raw. We also ordered four desserts for the four of us and two of them tasted like they had just defrosted, I mentioned this but my lack of Spanish wasn’t enough as most of the staff lacked in English.

We had our Holiday Christmas lunch and it was beyond wonderful. The service was awesome, we had two waitresses, they were both very professional, and always made sure that we had everything we need it. They made our experience abundantly awesome!

This was our first visit to Texas de Brazil, and it was extremely enjoyable! We started with the salad bar, which was never understocked. Everything from the salad to the delicious smoked salmon and prosciutto was extremely fresh and delicious! The soup, which happened to be lobster bisque, was nice and hot as well. Then came the sizzling meats, that were carved table side! Everything was delicious, and fresh from the grill! It was hard to choose a favorite, but I think the lamb chops won the prize! The meal also came with cheese bread, mashed potatoes, and delicious mini plantains which were drizzled with honey and cinnamon. Our server Pedro, was exceptional. He was at our “beck and call”, the entire time, and made sure we had everything we desired!
