The Frog &The Peach is a pioneering farm-to-table restaurant and bar serving Chef Bruce Lefebvre's innovative American cuisine with thoughtful service, in a lively, upscale industrial space. We are centrally located in New Brunswick, New Jersey, between Philadelphia and New York City. Our bar is first come-first served, where you can enjoy the full menu and experience!
For private events or parties of 12 or more please call Maria Mattera at (856) 271-2222.
PARKING: We have a small parking lot that is for our valet services only. The Hyatt Hotel Church St. parking garages are one block away. See you in New Brunswick!

During the Second Seating for New Year's Eve we will be featuring live jazz with the one and only Curtis Lundy Trio. Curtis is a world-renowned bassist, composer and arranger. The menu is a special 4 course prix-fixe dinner (with choices in each course) and includes a complimentary champagne toast. The fireworks show goes off at midnight and can be viewed by stepping outside for a few precious New Year's Eve moments. See you in New Brunswick....

Service was probably overly provided as two different servers were asking us for drink and food orders. This was too repetetive. Service attentiveness came of as if they were rushing us to order and eat. The meals were tasty. The meat based meals were a decent portion size. However, the seafood meals were quite limited in the portion size.

Good friends recently moved to Somerset NJ, requiring us to come up with a place to dine ---what a find! Frog and Peach is perfect: great food, service and relaxed ambience. Tucked away in the middle of "Georgetown" type new condos, this oasis has an interesting, unusual menu -- including a seasonal price fix $78 that looks great -- right now, it was a "Southern" menu with hush puppies, BBQ etc that is not to our liking. Special appie Veggie Raviolo was terrific, as was the freshly baked bread on- site. Caccio e Pepe was ok, but could have been more "saucy" and peppery for me, and a bit less al dente. Duck was delicious. We realized that New Brunswick is only a short ride from Somerset and plan to return for their well-known brunch!

I love this place for lunch. They have the best burger I’ve ever had in my life. It’s a bit pricey but the food is really good.

Really enjoyed my birthday dinner at this wonderful restaurant. Ambiance was dark and intimate, food was delicious but the best was how friendly and attentive the staff was! We fully enjoyed the wine pairing and our wine guide was incredibly knowledgeable and absolutely made the experience memorable. Food was outstanding but it is the service that will make us go back!

Tried and true wonderful place to eat. Had a business meeting in the garden room -- what a great space -- quiet and ideal for intimate conversation. Food was great as was the service. Always come back here for a consistently good evening.

Food and wine were excellent, especially the pumpkin ricotta gnocchi. The duck and fluke crudo were also very good. The inside of the restaurant is very nice, however the “outside” portion is less desirable and was quite cold unfortunately.

I’ve been going to Frog and the speech for 20 yrs and I found today to be the most disappointing! Food was delicious however the service was HORRIBLE. We had three waiters assigned to us, didn’t even know until three different people were taking our drinks and food orders at different times - led to confusion. They forgot many items when we requested, our drinks were also super delayed numerous times. I think this is a reflection of poor training by management as well.

To start our experience, we were sat near a couple to who were molesting one another rather than renting a room. Knowing that not one server or manager had the decency to ask them to stop was a bit upsetting. We then order our meal. The special soup of the day was cauliflower. It definitely needed more seasoning. My husband had the kielbasa,which did not taste like any kielbasa we’ve ever had. It tasted more like chicken sausage. For my husbands entree, he ordered the 24 hour marinated short rib special. It was a very large portion, it was tasty but unfortunately it was not fall-off-the-bone tender as you typically expect a short rib to be. I ordered the salmon dish, which I enjoyed. We each ordered dessert. My husband had the chocolate trifle. It comes deconstructed, which is ok, but should be noted on the menu. It was supposed to be a blondie with chocolate mousse and whipped cream. The blondie was so dry that when you tapped it with a fork it wouldn’t break. When you finally were able to cut into the blondie it disintegrated. I ordered the fig newton. The homemade fig newton was good, but the fig ice cream which accompanied it had no taste whatsoever. Overall, this meal was disappointing and extremely overpriced for the quality. We won’t be coming back again.
