   This was a truly exceptional lunch experience. I was dining with a friend (we both work locally) and it exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Excellent food and service, and a stunning dining room with a relaxed ambience where the tables aren’t stacked on top of each other. I would highly recommend.

   Our reservation was at 2 and they gave us a table at 2:55pm Very basic and below average customer service. The worst experience on every level

   We waited an hour for our reservation after staff told us multiple times our table was being prepared for us. They also add a 30% gratuity which they do not mention

   The service was top notch. The atmosphere was beautiful. The food was good - nothing special (particularly for the prices). The fresh orange juice and smoothies were amazing. Word of caution - they slip in a 20% gratuity on the bill - which they do not tell you about - and then give you a credit card receipt with 18%, 20% and 22% options for gratuity - on top of the 20% taxed gratuity that they already charged you for.

   Daughter and I were in NYC for my birthday and while we did not stay at the Four Seasons, we decided to have breakfast on Sunday there. The hotel is lovely though as I use a walker I had to use their small elevators to get to the dining area. It was a different experience but ok. The service was exemplary. Everyone was super nice. They put together a bagel platter for my daughter and I had the eggs Benedict. After they heard we were in NYC for my birthday I was treated to a dessert with ca candle. The dining room was lovely.
