New England's only Scottish Restaurant and Bar in the historic Haffenreffer brewery complex in Jamaica Plain, (relocated in 2022 - after originally opening in 2010).
We now provide expanded menu offerings, multiple weekly events and a fantastic cocktail and single malt program in a beautiful award-winning designed space. There's a tasteful nod to Scotland and a sense of comfort throughout the new larger space. You have plenty of choice as to where you enjoy your night, next to the bustling bar or in a cozy corner in the snug or outside on the patio.

                        Very good as usual. My wife and I debated if mushy peas are served cold or hot. They were good, but I think they should be served warm. Fish and chips was excellent.

                        Fun, great service, food tasty but not quite as robustly Scottish as hoped for…no hot black tea with milk & sugar (in a pot) to with Sticky Toffee Pudding.

                        Nice energy and ambiance. Good entrees but sad they don't give free oat bread. Deserts were underwhelming. Waitstaff continually interrupted which is the biggest complaint. Drinks very expensive.

                        Food was fantastical and the Vibe room was nice and quiet for our group to hear each other speak. Our server was super friendly and the food came out quicker than we expected!

                        This is my second visit to The Haven. I was a bit reticent as I went to the former location for brunch and was disappointed. It was cramped and the food options were limited. This second time around, at their bigger location, was a far superior experience. I had the pepperoni pizza and it was truly delicious. The service was attentive but not overbearing and the noise level was fine. Plus ample parking! I will be going back again in the coming week or two.
