    Leuke en mooie zaak! En super vriendelijk personeel. Zeker de man achter de bar die maakt de avond compleet(27/11 22:00)zo vriendelijk en service gericht echt een dik compliment voor hem!

    Wat een prachtige ontdekking midden in Covent Garden! De entree met een terras vol met groene planten is een charmant detail dat meteen uitnodigt. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk, wat de ervaring nog aangenamer maakte. Tijdens de lunch heb ik echt genoten van mijn maaltijd, maar de scones waren absoluut het hoogtepunt. Ze zijn zeker een aanrader! Een geweldige plek om te genieten van heerlijk eten.

    I mailed to the restaurant that we will be 3-adults and 1 year old baby who needs high chair. I request a spacious table and they mailed back that it will be arranged. When we arrived, they gave us a table for 4 and then changed it by saying that we are 3-adults and gave a small round table with a sofa. They said 3-adults should sit on the sofa (which is impıssinle to sit together and eat) and there would not be any chair because of corridoor. We did not want it and showed the previous mails. After seeing the mails, they offerres us a bigger table downstairs. The food, entertainment and staff was good overall but the table arrangement should be more professional

    Customer service has significant room for improvement. Also, please turn down the music for the sake of my ears. Steak was good.

    It was very a confortable restaurant and very chic. The food and wine was delicious. Thanks to the team for her kindness. I loved the desert snowman in fog

    The table was far too small for 6 people- I stated this on arrival and was advised that the small round table had two bench chairs to accommodate 6. We had to allow our children to eat first and as there was not enough room for 6 is us to eat a meal together. We were constantly moving things around and rushing drinks to make space. Sadly it set the tone and even the Waite freely Uncomfortable trying to squeeze dish’s onto the table. We couldn’t even fit our side dishes onto the table so had to scoop it onto the plate immediately to make space. The staff were very sweet and did their best but I was really disappointed at spending £270 and being squashed in- if we hadn’t felt this was we would of stayed longer for another course and drinks but it was very embarrassing to take my parents for a meal and feel as though our table was an afterthought being squashed in at the last minute. I would have rather been told The table was not available and booked elsewhere

    We found our server lacking….in service, customer responsiveness and knowledge. He was not accommodating nor did he exude friendliness
