                                                                                                One of the worst dining experiences ever. A visit from the manager was an utter disappointment, we got the impression he couldn’t care less. An anniversary dinner that left us deeply disappointed. The thumping music had nothing to do with the holidays, we felt like we were at a disco. The calamari was great, the steak was a very thin overcooked piece of meat, my dinner was so dried out I sent it back. The only good thing about this was our server. He was truly fantastic, he deserves better. Yes they’re busy, but they aren’t what they used to be, that’s for sure

                                                                                                Our server was amazing. Really attentive without hovering. The side staff also amazing. Way too loud, but that’s the season and Friday night. I usually love the food, but the cuts were very fatty. Honestly, not that great.

Asked for a quiet booth and were put in a booth near the back of the restaurant which was great, however still quite loud due to the volume of people in the restaurant.

                                                                                                We got seated 5mins after arriving, the table was clean and comfortable. The service was quick and the food was delicious. Our server was very professional and attentive to our needs.

                                                                                                I love The Keg. Have never had a bad meal there until last evening. As I always do, I ordered the Prime Rib. It was gristly and seemed to be less than the usual 14 oz I usually get. There were large chunks of fat that were unappetizing. Service was slow. Waited a long time to get our appetizer. Server never came back to check how everything is. We were done our meals when the server returned to ask if we wanted a refill on our soft drinks. At the table next to us, the server spilled a tray of drinks. When they hit the floor, my left arm and leg got sprayed. No acknowledgment or apology. As I said at the beginning, I love eating at The Keg and usually it is nothing short of amazing. However, this time they sorely missed the mark. Not their usual standard of service or quality of food. I left very disappointed that they had not hit the mark as they usually do.
