My expectation for The Keg are high. It’s a steakhouse and it’s costly. The food was not great. I was actually surprised. My steak was slightly overcooked. The blue cheese on the top was baked on like it sat under the heat lamps waiting to come out. My twice baked potatoes was dry and my Caesar salad was wilted. The friends I was with all had something negative to say about their meal too. The service was ok. I continually had to ask for water. The server brought a complimentary dessert for our friend who’s birthday we were celebrating, we never asked for it and then he proceeded to charge us for it. When our bill came it was wrong and then was brought again and it was wrong again. It was not great and I was very disappointed. I expect better for the price of everything.

Hayley was our server and she was an absolute delight . Very friendly and on her game . Never had to ask for a drink to be topped up and she definitely sold me on the 18 oz steak special .. great job Hayley

Fantastic Anniversary dinner, made all that more special by the fabulous service we received. From the nice booth location to the complimentary glasses of champagne to celebrate our special day to the great food and engaging service - it made for a wonderful evening. Thank you so much - we will be back!

The prime rib was superb - perfectly cooked and presented. Great ambiance and the service was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, non intrusive, but quickly there to help us when needed.

Love the Keg! Food was good and our server Winter was amazing! Just wish our table wasn’t so tiny and next to a wall and we were so close to the table next to us. Thank you for the birthday note!

We went for a date night and we usually have a great experience at the Keg. I always order the exact same steak and cooked the exact same way - this time they overcooked it and came out very dry I returned my steak and they (including the manager) went above and beyond to fix the issue within 6 minutes. Which is crazy fast because they were packed with many large tables during Christmas time. Manager brought it out and apologized (way too many times lol) and gave us dessert and helped with the bill at the end - something that we never asked for and didnt want. But they refused and continued with the discounted bill. The appies were to die for and the steak dinner was amazing. Will definitely go back regardless of a mistake. Thank you guys for taking care of us - Merry Christmas!

We enjoyed coming to the Coquitlam location for its ample parking. Service was great starting from the welcoming front hostess to our server and those who brought out the order. Still love the birthday mud pie as we always go to the Keg to celebrate family birthdays. We looked around the dining room and was very family friendly with young children or babies screaming in the background from time to time. All in all everyone seems happy to dine there.
