It was for our 10th anniversary. The last time we went on 2023 to celebrate our anniversary, we got champagne on the house. Not this year though. The server didn’t even ask. Other than that the service was great since we brought our 2.5 yo daughter.

The normal keg standard was not met. It wasn’t a big deal as we only eat small amounts of bread but they ran out of sour dough and would only give little buns instead. We ordered mains and both steaks were under cooked. They offered to refire them both. My partner had his 24oz Tbone done but by the time they came to check on the steaks, I felt it was too late as mine was only a 7 oz filet and it wouldn’t have helped as I had eaten half by that point. Both steaks were like what was left over from a Valentine’s Day long weekend so his didn’t even have a proper t bone in it. Just cartilage. Mine was a weird shape. Like the very end piece of the tenderloin. We were offered nothing more than a refire. I have eaten at Keg’s regularly for years and I would have expected more than just an offer to cook the steaks longer. This Keg has slipped for me as a whole which is terrible as it is my favourite place for a nice dinner in GP

We had a great meal, the restaurant was busy. We ate downstairs in the bar. Service was outstanding, I think our server was Collin. He was amazing - very helpful and attentive while managing many tables

We were seated quickly upon arriving, staff were friendly and courteous. Our server, Jen, was attentive and kind. The food was absolutely delightful. Great birthday dinner.

We loved our experience. Only downside was listening to the lady behind us constantly complaining about everything. We decided to call her “Karen”. Will definitely come back! Everything was amazing besides Karen lol

To loud you have to yell to talk to your party, tables are to close together, food portion sizes are small for the cost, crazy music on in the back ground to make the experience that much more hectic, Not a relaxing environment and way over priced for the quality of food and service. Actually a very disappointing atmosphere of just pumping people through like cattle gates. But we paid top dollar for this! It sucked!
