Busy night..likely due to tax break. As always..a great experience George was our server and he did a great job keeping us happy

It was very unfortunate that our server Jacob , was very preoccupied with ppl he knew at a table! At frist it was all fine but then he continued to go back to them leaving us waiting while he chatted for long intervals with them! Our food was delayed and only Luke warm he was spending to much time with his friends! Forgetting he had tables to ge looked after we asked for our bill which he said he would get right away but continued again to go talk with his friends! This time being more disturbing! They chatted about another establishment! Pete’s fine dining and how good the restaurant was and has table side service etc. what in the world are you doing at the keg if Pete’s is so great! And we certainly don’t care to listen to this as you entertain the server to go try it out! After more then 15 mins the table beside us finally gets to ask to see a desert menu then he says to us oh let me remove these menus as you don’t need them! I said no we don’t but we would like our bill that we have been waiting for!!! To say the least cold food and being ignored while our server had lots of great conversations with his friends! Is not why we bother Keg! Highly disappointed!

Our entire experience for dinner was absolutely delicious! All of our steaks were cooked to perfection and our server was extremely knowledgeable in answering our questions. The only small thing I would have changed was the lighting. As some who's eyesight isn't great, although i do wear glasses, we all found it was a little too dark in our booth. Maybe the lighting would have been better had we been at a table, im not sure. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone.

Our server Christine was outstanding. Very tentative and always smiling. We had the crab cakes and they were perfect. Filet mignon, 12oz New York and Prime Rib perfectly cooked. Never felt rushed even though it was New Years Eve. Best Dinner at Keg. We only go 2-3 times a year; but have been doing it over 25 years. And on the last day of the year was our best day yet. Happy New Year!
