                                                                                      Wasn't as good as other times we've been here our food took over an hour to get out to us. Our waiter was great and when the food did finally come out the food was fantastic!

                                                                                      I love the Keg so much and I always usually so happy and impressed with my meal and time there. However, this time I was rather disappointed. The ambience was great and it was decorated beautifully for valentine's day. But the food and service was not up to scratch this time. It took over 10 minutes for our waitress to come when we first got sat. Our appetizer and drinks were great and probably the highlight of our dinner. Our dinners were definitely lacking though. They didn't take too long to come out but they were both luke-warm or colder. We were both too hungry to send our food back to have them remake it. With it being valentine's day we feared it would put us last in the que and we would have to wait forever for our remakes. Nothing is worse then barley warm steak, cold lobster, cold frites, and not cooked enough vegetables. Our server was so nice though and we did have a good time for our valentine's day date. This won't deter me from coming back to The Keg again as I am hoping this was just a one off.

                                                                                      Our server was not great, forgot to bring wives salad. Which is a pretty big miss considering the prices charged for the meals. We expected a little better!!!

                                                                                      The Tempe location is one of the better in the valley with the restaurant ambiance, staff and food quality. My steak was perfectly cooked at medium rare and the portion size of the wedge salad is very generous. We will definitely patronize this restaurant again.
