Includes enhanced cheese fondue dippers Intermezzo: Cupid's Arrow - One Bite Caprese Salad Entree: Honey Cinnamon Angus Sirloin, Spicy Teriyaki Sirloin, Green Tea & Honey Marinated Shrimp, Habanero Chili Pepper Chicken, and Sweet and Spicy Pork Tenderloin. Choice of Court Bouillon, Sparkling Champagne Bouillon, or Coq Au Vin cooking styles. Chocolate Fondue: Enjoy featured Tajin Dark Chocolate, or your favorite from our menu. A $50 per person cancellation fee will be applied to any cancellations made 48 hours prior to your reservation.

Food and service is great as usual. We had a special occasion they recognize that when we got there and so did the waitress and the hostesses that were there we're also both very nice and courteous.

We have been going to Melting pot for almost 20 years, and we always walk out stuffed and very happy.

We had our supper club get together at The Melting Pot last week, which consists of a group of 10 of us. Justin was working the bar and was so accommodating, our server Rico was very helpful because we didn’t know what to do. The food was great, especially the chocolate fondue. We had a great time. Thanks so much!

Wonderful experience! Had such a good time :) the bartender was amazingly electric and our server was amazingly patient and helpful

Staff was top notch and fulfilled request. We will certainly go back. Manger Justin & Server Bernard made the visit even more enjoyable.

The service was very very slow. Took almost 30 minutes for her to check back and take our order. The food is scant. Not anywhere worthy of the cost. Spent close to $100 for two people and we left hungry and disappointed.

We went on New Year’s Eve so keep that in mind, it was probably very busy and hectic for the staff. Reservation for two people slated for 8:15-9:45. Arrived at 8:05. Wasn’t seated until 8:45. Seated in a booth in the back corner of the restaurant next to a service door. Seats were wet. They did not dry them off for us so I sat on my jacket. Drinks took a long time to arrive. First part of meal finally arrived at 9:30. Waiter was pleasant. Food was great. I was unaware that you cook the food yourself until they brought it out. I do think it was a bit costly for such a subpar restaurant experience AND the food didn’t even come out ready to eat. I’m aware that most of this had to do with being very busy but if they aren’t able to handle that volume of customers within the 1hr30min reservation slots, they should limit how many reservations they take on holidays.

Food was good but they were out of a lot of things and had to make substitutions. The service was friendly and helpful but very slow. One bathroom was available and soap was out.
