It was as exquisite as always! My wife and I go every year for our anniversary, and every year, we are pleased with the outstanding service and amazing attitude of the staff. Each year, there is something just a little different. I wish I could remember the waitresses name, but she was very kind and accommodating for us!

We have been going to Melting Pot for years and this was the worst experience ever. Everything was extremely slow, absolutely no sense of urgency.

Our server was fantastic. However, we come here a lot and were so disappointed that they don’t serve the broccoli with the main course…they replaced it with zucchini. Change it back!!!

This place is always amazing! I took my girlfriend to dinner for her birthday this evening and it was a phenomenal experience. The service was great and very kind, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was beautiful.

Our server was great, but she was definitely overwhelmed/probably had too many tables. Her one flaw was that she really didn’t know how to open our wine bottle. Easy fix. The atmosphere was nuts. We waited about ten-fifteen minutes to be seated, and we had a reservation. When we were finally taken to a table they took us all the way to a back corner table that was still dirty and we had to ask for it to be cleaned. Like, not just a few crumbs, but also a glob of cheese that had serious height. (And a table that we couldn’t really get into because the table next to us was a five top shoved into a four top) The dining room floor was covered in trash and food- not sure why someone couldn’t go through with a broom or just pick stuff with a napkin but there was a LOT- When I went to the bathroom the floor was also covered in trash, paper towels were out, and when I pulled the toilet paper in the stall the holder fell out of the wall. Timing between courses was really long, and our choices for meats on the main courses were mixed up and we had to trade a couple ourselves to make it right. Also, why were there candied nuts on a Caesar salad? I never write bad reviews, but this place is wild. If we ever go back we will probably just sit at the bar and do dessert and drinks. I wasn’t aware we would walk out of there smelling like a walking onion ring, but I guess that’s to be expected when you’re frying your own food. I honestly don’t get the hype.
