The Pink Adobe restaurant stands proudly in the heart of Santa Fe's historic Barrio De Analco neighborhood, which is considered the oldest neighborhood in the US. Founded in 1944 by Rosalea Murphy, an artist and social connector, the restaurant takes its name from the rose-colored adobe plastering on the nearly 400-year-old hacienda that serves as its home. This iconic Santa Fe destination at the heart of the Old Santa Fe Trail has been known for its fun, vibrant atmosphere and outstanding cuisine. Some of the famous well-known dishes are still existing such as the Steak Dunnigan, French Onion Soup and Rosalea's French Apple Pie among with new and innovative creations from our Executive Chef Andrew Fox.

The Pink Adobe is FANTASTIC! I got the duck, I’ve never tried duck before but it was possibly the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Our waiter, Fernando, had amazing recommendations and really made the whole experience. Make sure to make a reservation, they will book up. I couldn’t recommend this place more!!!

My wife n I were visiting from Phoenix for the weekend. The food was great except for the ribeye that we both had. They were cooked to order but they were tough. They should have been seasoned and tenderized all day. It was hard to chew. Ruby our server was excellent n easy to talk with.

We’ve been to the Pink Adobe many times -the first time @1992. It’s always been a favorite restaurant in Santa Fe. The cocktails are good and the food is excellent.

Entries are a broad range of very creative dishes. We had New York Strip steak, Enchiladas and Chilli Relleno, and all were excellent. Decent wine list. Quiet room with a wood fire in the corner!

First time at the Pink Adobe - a restaurant with some of best ambience in Santa Fe - intimate setting in a 350 year ole adobe. The food- excellent and my silver coin margarita wonderful. What unfortunately dampened the experience was the uneven service. We got our drinks and food but then a large group came in and when the restaurant got busy, we seemed to be forgotten. We’re going to give it another try as everything else was great, but service is important .

We took out of town relatives for an unforgettable evening. Unfortunately the Dragon Room was closed for a private event BUT the staff was so gracious to let our family view the room and take in the awesome Chuhuly chandeliers. Now that’s service beyond the normal. Roxann was an exceptional waitress and we had a fantastic time and excellent meal. Don’t leave without a Pink Adobe apple pie. They are phenomenal! This is a must stop for a classic Santa Fe restaurant that has stood the test of time.
