We believe in an eclectic yet approachable love for food. Our chefs draw from foundations in classic French and Italian cuisine, finding inspiration in seasonal and local ingredients that offer a modern twist to each dish. Our ever-changing menus reflect the efforts of our collaboration with unique purveyors, local farmers, and artisan producers. Join us for an elevated, unpretentious dining experience.

Our patio is now open! Reserve online by selecting "outdoor" option or give us a call at 303-297-1215 and we will do our best to accommodate the request. Our outside tables can seat a MAXIMUM party size of 4 only.

The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about their craft, making the experience feel personal and special. The menu is a masterpiece of creativity, offering dishes that blend familiar comfort with unexpected twists. Each plate is beautifully presented, almost too stunning to eat—but once you do, you’ll be glad you did. The flavors are complex and perfectly balanced, with a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients. A standout for me was the Seared Hokkaido scallops, saffron paella cakes, smoked roe, bacon glazed squash, celeriac velouté, frisée. The layers of flavor and texture were simply unforgettable. Pair that with a glass from their thoughtfully curated wine list, and you’re in for a treat. Our favorite restaurant- never disappoints!!! Great food & service - make you feel like friends! We live in Springs & love to make it a night out to Plimoth every couple of months as the menu changes - providing us with great dishes & sides. Discover a beautiful gem & your next favorite restaurant!!!

Lovely farm-to-table restaurant with neighborhood feel and amazing food. We went for our anniversary and it did not disappoint. We shared the Hasselback sweet potato starter, I had the gnocchi (vegetarian) main course and my husband had the grilled venison rack. He finished up with the creme brûlée. Wish there were more vegetarian options for main course. Service was great (without being overly attentive) and we look forward to going back!!

My husband and I went for a mid-week date. Tina was our friendly and very accommodating server. Food was excellent, especially the cauliflower gratinee and the scallop dish. I just wish I had save room for dessert! We will definitely return.

From the moment we checked in, our experience was perfect. Our seats were ready, service was amazing. Food and drinks were excellent. Definitely, the best Thanksgiving Dinner. Thank you!!
