The Rotunda serves afternoon tea seven days a week beginning at 1:30 p.m. A tea experience reservation is necessary to enjoy our daily tea service. Any dietary restrictions must be noted at least 24 hours in advance of your reservation.

The Rotunda specializes in evening events including wedding receptions, corporate and convention dinners, cocktail parties, rehearsal dinners and holiday parties. Holiday parties are especially beautiful with the four story Neiman Marcus Holiday Tree rising up through the restaurant. The floor to ceiling windows offer guests an intimate bird's eye view of Union Square.
Private party faciliteiten
The Rotunda can accommodate up to 160 seated guests with a dance floor, 200 seated and 225 standing for evening events. There is a private elevator on Geary Street that takes guests directly to the restaurant after the store is closed.

The Rotunda is always delightful, and I was able to take my extended family there for the first time, and it was such fun for everyone. No complaints.

The Rotunda has been one of my favorite lunch stops since living in CA for decades. The popovers are my absolute favorite as well as the starter chicken broth. Downtown and Union Square are going through changes, I just hope shoppers come back and keep this iconic store as it has been with beautiful items and a great restaurant.

Our reservation was honored on time. We had a wonderful window table. The service was very efficient and friendly. The food was delicious. The venue is beautiful.

Servers were very pleasant and efficient. Views are nice as well as ambience; however, food was pretty average and not too memorable.

The Ambiance of Rotunda is unbeatable. First visit for my hubby & his reaction was WHOA. Great tea service, delicious sandwiches and good selection of teas. We enjoyed it. Thank you to hardworking staff making sure we are having a great experience!

The waiter or manager who served me spilled my food on my table. He brought me back the food, but… my appetite was completely lost. The salad was mushy, like the vegetables hadn’t been washed cleanly, and it was not very sanitary.
