The Rotunda serves afternoon tea seven days a week beginning at 2:30 p.m. (1:30p.m. Sundays). A tea experience reservation is necessary to enjoy our daily tea service. Any dietary restrictions must be noted at least 24 hours in advance of your reservation.

    The Rotunda specializes in evening events including wedding receptions, corporate and convention dinners, cocktail parties, rehearsal dinners and holiday parties. Holiday parties are especially beautiful with the four story Neiman Marcus Holiday Tree rising up through the restaurant. The floor to ceiling windows offer guests an intimate bird's eye view of Union Square.

                                                                        Service was slow. Our server was on his lunch break until 30 minutes in, which explains some. Took 10 mins for anyone to come take our drink order. My daughter order the filet special prepared medium and the guy who took our order said “medium will be bloody in the center.” I’ve never heard “bloody” used to describe a steak and there’s a reason why. We may have gotten dessert if we had not already been there for 90 minutes and wanted to get some shopping done. I’ve been dining at the Rotunda for 30 years and the service this day really missed the mark. Very disappointed.

                                                                        This is our annual holiday luncheon and it did not disappoint. Ralph’s service was Impeccable and the food was delicious. The soup of the day (porcini mushrooms with chestnut) was divine. Looking forward to next year at table # 45. 🦋
