High Top tables are only available on the weekends, and are located on the second floor. They are communal style tables, and you will get to enjoy the band after 8:15PM.

The Twisted Tail is a bi-level restaurant, bar and live music venue featuring a charcoal-fired grill, a wealth of bourbon selections and the rollicking ambiance of a "juke joint" (or old school Southern music hall). The inventive menu highlights ingredients in their simplest form, flame-broiled over live coals for rich, authentic flavor.

We went for restaurant week menu, and wasn’t disappointed. They offered smaller portions of the main item menus. Definitely worth a second visit.

Drinks were watered down, food was unseasonably bed, steak was like rubber, apple cobbler was not fully cooked and what I was told was chocolate mousse tasted more like coffee/espresso

Excellent way to celebrate New Year’s Eve. Dinner was very good and adding the entertainment upstairs was and much appreciated bonus!

As always such a great experience - the drink list, food and service were exceptional. You can tell the owners and staff truly care about each guests’ experience. Can’t wait to come back again soon

We love coming to the Twisted Tail for the food, ambiance, and service. While the food was just as good as we remember, the service was extremely disappointing. Our waitress was not friendly from the beginning. Her responses were very curt and she was quite impatient and looked annoyed with us - frankly, she was quite rude. We tried giving her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she is just direct, but after we paid, she dropped the check back off without a single word. No goodbye or thank you for coming. She didn’t even look at any of us. It was beyond offputting and rude. The servers that dropped off our food were so much friendlier. We’ve had the male waiter with the glasses before and he was just as kind as we remember. He was more attentive than our waitress. Overall, really disappointed in our visit. We had been very excited to come back but not sure if we’ll return after this experience…

The Twisted Tail delivered an unforgettable birthday celebration. Warm hospitality, exceptional service, live music, and a cozy ambiance complemented perfectly cooked dishes like barbecue ribs, jumbo shrimp, and crawfish mac and cheese. Thoughtful touches, like surprise birthday beignets, added to the charm. Great food, drinks, and value—I can’t wait to return!
