   I was so disappointed. The Whaling Station is our go to eatery in Monterey. The food was over salted, the service was slow and our server disappeared when we needed more water. The prices went up, which i can understand if the service was there. Sorry, that was our last time here.

   Dan Diaz was a fantastic waiter he was knowledgeable, very attentive, and genuine. The food was great, I would recommend this location to anyone thinking of visiting.

   Server was NOT knowledgeable in Gluten Free dishes and was rather rude about it ! No pleasant server Jeremy for our Birthday party Steak was great !
