The White Horse is gloriously situated on the marshland coastline of North Norfolk at Brancaster Staithe, a designated area of outstanding beauty.
The dining room and adjoining conservatory restaurant serves seasonal, local produce seven days a week. Shellfish when in season includes cockles, mussels and oysters from the beds at the bottom of the garden. Fish delivered to the kitchen door by the village fishermen.

Beautiful restaurant with a great view and great food. Service was very friendly if a little slow, but the food truly made up for it. Fresh and perfectly cooked

It was our anniversary, and there was a card on our table, saying happy anniversary from the owners and staff, which was a great personal touch. The service from the staff was amazing, kind and professional. Food was exceptional, will definitely be visiting again.

Once again an fantastic evening. We visited with mum and she wasn’t disappointed Staff were attentive, food superb. Thank you all at The White Heart for a good time. So lucky to have this amazing place on our doorstep.

We were booked into the restaurant but the weather was so good we asked to stay outside in the sunshine, the staff set everything up and we had a great meal, a minor issue with the food was sorted super quickly, couldn’t ask for more😎

Oysters Tempura style -cooked perfectly...some places get this so wrong and you end up with chewy oysters. These just melt in your mouth!!! Accompanied with a glass of Blanc de Blancs - perfect. We had the grilled seafood and the Haddock and chips, again, perfectly cooked and presented. Followed by petit fours and the Eton Mess. I could not find anything to grumble about!!! Best meal out I've had in a long time!!!! Beautiful location, good mix of chilled atmosphere with a cheeky side of energy in the background. Wonderful. This was a birthday treat and we were made to feel very special from start to finish. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely venue, with a marvellous view from the dining rooms towards the sea. Relaxed ambiance. Very good value wines. Great for beautiful fresh seafood cooked with love. We always love coming here for special occasions. We would come more often if we lived closer

Great food, nice atmosphere and lovely staff, combined to make a great evening. Standout dish was seared tuna starter, although the lemon tart came close

Food was good but what let the whole experience down was the service which was very slow,itebs forgot and the bill was wrong.

Very disappointed this visit , took some friends out for Sunday lunch only to be told they had ran out of Sunday lunches. Then had to quickly order something else from menu, which wasn't to everyone's liking. Either they some order food accordingly or not take bookings after 2 without warning. And from over hearing conversations we wasn't the only party disappointed.
