With a secret alleyway entrance, Three Dots and a Dash is a speakeasy-style take on the traditional island bar—ready to transport you to the glamorous bygone eras of Trader Vic, Stephen Crane and Don the Beachcomber. Descend underground to discover a subterranean hideaway featuring a rum-soaked menu of more than two dozen classic, modern and original tropical cocktails and a selection of island fare. Our team has researched tirelessly to source and create the best possible cocktails using the freshest exotic fruits and spices, the finest rums and distilled spirits, and juices and elixirs that are cold-pressed and concocted in house every day. The Bamboo Room is tucked away inside of Three Dots and a Dash. Named one of Esquire's "Best Bars in America," The Bamboo Room offers a tailored experience through the world of rum in an intimate environment. Enjoy high end renditions of tropical cocktails featuring rare spirits carefully crafted by attentive expert bartenders. A $15.00 Deposit is required to make this reservation. Deposit is nonrefundable & will be applied towards final bill. We are a 21+ venue.

The Bamboo room welcomes Chris Elford of Navy Strength in Seattle, Washington for an exclusive two day pop up experience. Guests will enjoy a four course tasting of cocktails created by the Navy Strength team. Join us for a night of tropical cocktails served up by the Spirited Award nominated bar. Seatings are available from 4pm-10pm for $75 per person. Reservation time limited to 1.5 hours.

Love this place! It’s nice to have the secluded area of the bamboo room versus the more electric part of three dots in a dash if you’re on a date.

Server kind of abandoned us and stopped checking in. I get if they want to turn the table but it seemed kind of rude when the place was not that busy.
